We built The Profit Door because most hard-working earners and owners never see the real game. The catalyst was a conversation between our founder, Nicole Purvy, and a potential investor’s financial advisor who insisted, “the S&P will beat a 20% IRR for your private equity fund.” Days later, the S&P shed trillions—yet the advice still ignored diversification, private-market math, and basic rate dynamics.
That moment made something clear: plenty of people have either one of 4 things: grit, income, savings, or equity...but not the access, education, or room to operate like capital allocators. They’re also, too often, miseducated by financial service providers who don’t understand basic finance math. We created the room we wished existed on day one.
We want to help you make informed educated decisions to deploy capital and/or raise capital…or just nerd out.

Our mission is to make private markets simple, accessible, and un-intimidating...and to create a safe space to relearn the finance fundamentals you skipped in college

Invest your own capital as an LP—or raise and operate as a GP. We teach roles, structures, and sequencing so you know which path fits your goals today and how to move between them over time.

Ironclad Underwriting Lab every week: build and audit models, pressure-test assumptions, run scenarios, and write clear go/no-go memos. Reps turn spreadsheets into disciplined decisions.

Structured tracks. On-demand replays. Know what to learn next...and why.
Not a random pile of videos. A structured library with clear LP and GP tracks, beginner to advanced sequences, and labeled replays of live sessions. Core programs sit up front: The 1% Beginners Bootcamp (Private Equity 101, SFH to Apartments mindset, Finance 101 for alts), GRITT Multifamily Stack (underwriting, structure, asset management with Noel Parnell), and God Goals and Money High Performance & Income Accelerator (90-day system for consistent, increasingly automated income). You always know what to learn next and why.

Learn directly from fund managers, operators, lenders, and advisors across the alternatives space. Real deals, real constraints, real lessons you can apply immediately.

Operator, investor, and creator of the GRITT framework. Noel teaches the multifamily “industry stack”: underwriting, structure, asset management—layered on belief systems, business models, and finance that make results durable.

Art is co-fund manager of Invictus Elite and a 25+ year operator of $20M assisted-living facilities, bringing deep, hands-on execution where others stumble. Known for spotting “diamonds in the rough” across multifamily and senior housing, he de-risks projects for investors and accelerates scale. At The Profit Door, he leads underwriting and deal structuring—running the Ironclad Underwriting Lab (inputs, scenarios, risk screens, IC-ready memos) so members move from spreadsheets to clear go/no-go calls.
Short answer: No.
Details: You don’t need to qualify for anything to join The Profit Door. Inside, we show you—in plain language—how to quickly check whether you likely meet private-deal thresholds (many people do and don’t realize it). Either way, you’ll have a path:
If you qualify now: follow the LP (investor) track—deal literacy, screening, and allocation.
If you don’t (or aren’t sure): start with fundamentals, then choose LP (smaller checks, syndications) or the GP path (raise and operate with partners) as you level up.
Educational only. You make your own decisions.
No. It’s educational. We teach frameworks and skills; you make your own decisions.
Plan for 60–90 minutes. The weekly Ironclad Underwriting Lab is ~60 minutes; everything else is available on-demand in the organized Vault if you can’t attend live.
No. We start in plain language. Begin with The 1% Beginners Bootcamp, then follow the LP or GP track step by step. You can pause, replay, and ask questions.
